◆ Material : 218 V30 NC is a polyamide 66, reinforced with 30% of glass fibre, heat stabilized, for injection moulding. This grade offers an excellent combination between thermal and mechanical properties.

◆ Characteristics : High strength and high rigidity: 30% glass fiber significantly improves mechanical properties, Excellent thermal stability: resists aging and maintains high strength during long-term use at high temperatures, Good dimensional stability: low moisture absorption and low warpage; Resistant to ethylene glycol and hydrolysis: suitable for automotive coolant systems, High fluidity and easy injection molding: suitable for complex structural parts.

◆ Purpose : Automotive engine compartment components: brackets, covers, housings, fans, oil filter modules, Cooling system: water tanks, thermostat housings, water pumps, coolant pipes, Electrical/electronic: connectors, coil bobbins, high-voltage components, Industrial parts: gears, bearing seats, mechanical structural parts.
